Yes! A gorgeous vintage Samsonite suitcase, in practically mint condition! Holy Smokes! I've had the matching make-up Train Case for years, a gift from an old friend. But this baby is too sweet!

Oh yes, my fellow scavengers, that tag in the red circle says $5! No one in the store seemed to share my enthusiasm for such an unbelievable deal, but I'm getting used to that. I snatched it up, wedged it in a shopping cart, and guarded it with my life! But I didn't really need to. Apparently, folks at the Goodwill aren't as obsessive with eBay as I am. Lucky for me! Total geek.
I'm thinking this might get turned into a display piece for fairs and craft shows, as it's just too pretty to alter much beyond that. So, you might see it out in the world soon!
What a great score! I'm thinking of doing a display where I take a nice suitcase or box that's portable and carrying it around "flasher" style with my whole set-up and line within it. I hate carrying around hundreds of pounds of display with me. I'd like to just set up and start selling. So way to go!
